Our Team

Loretta is the founder of Clarity Plus and is incredibly proud of having established a thriving, well respected Practice with an amazing team of Speech Pathologists and administrators.

A quote that resonates with her is “When Action meets Compassion Lives Change”. Loretta believes that forming close working relationships with families, listening to their concerns and needs, and being proactive in management, leads to results. Although she has enjoyed many aspects of her work with students, Loretta is beginning to take on more of a managerial position and focus on mentoring her staff.

When not at Clarity Plus, Loretta enjoys travelling, walking, visiting family in Queensland and playing golf.

Kobie joined our team from Sydney and has embraced life in Melbourne. She is experienced and passionate about working with school aged students who have language and literacy needs. Kobie enjoys working closely with families to assist their children to succeed and enjoy reading and writing. She also loves interacting with the early language learners and has recently completed the Hanen Programme. Kobie is also trained in the Lidcombe Fleuency Programme. When she is not at Clarity Plus, she enjoys relaxing at the beach in summer and skiing in the winter.

Lisa’s warm personality engages all students who meet her. Her experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum is evident in the way she is able to motivate and engage them in achieving their communication goals. In conjunction with Kath Keiper, Lisa coordinates a social thinking group for early school age children. Lisa is trained in the Spalding method to assist students with literacy needs and as well, the Picture Exchange Communication System. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys travelling, reading, movies and photography.
